Growth Associate

The Operation

Unpredictable Solutions (USPL) is a premium digital infrastructure agency. We engineer high-end digital assets, brand strategies, and performance marketing pipelines that generate massive revenue for our clients.

We are seeking a highly driven, fast-learning Growth Associate to join our client acquisition team. This is a foundational role. You will learn the mechanics of high-ticket B2B sales, digital consulting, and agency operations directly from our leadership team. We don't require years of experience; we require hunger, discipline, and a sharp mind.

Mission Objectives

• Research and identify high-potential businesses (Real Estate, Hospitality, Clinics) that require digital infrastructure upgrades.
• Assist senior executives in running digital audits and preparing strategic client dossiers.
• Manage initial outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Shadow high-ticket consulting pitches and learn the USPL closing architecture.
• Maintain immaculate data hygiene within the USPL CRM portal.

The Ideal Profile

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English/Hindi. You must be comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Mindset: Highly coachable, resilient to rejection, and eager to master the business of digital agencies.
• Advantage: A basic understanding of social media, websites, or digital marketing concepts is a strong plus.
